Former LSU offensive lineman Jevonte Domond will play out his eligibility at UTSA, according to a report from Rivals.

He’ll play for former LSU assistant Frank Wilson, who left his post as a long-time running backs coach and recruiting coordinator on Les Miles’ staff to become the Roadrunners head coach earlier this year.

Domond, who was a top JUCO recruit out of Arizona back in 2014, ran into legal trouble during his time with the Tigers and was never able to live up to the expectations set for his arrival.

It was reported in March that Domond would not return to LSU for his senior season in 2016, instead opting to graduate this spring.

Domond is expected to be eligible to play in the fall.
