If you asked any receiver in the NFL which quarterback they’d most want to catch passes from, it’s safe to say a lot of them would name Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers.

After being selected by the Packers in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft on Saturday, former Mizzou WR J’Mon Moore will have the chance to do just that.

Moore is excited to get to work, saying on Saturday evening that he couldn’t ask for a better situation as he prepares to embark on his NFL career (via STLToday.com):

“I mean, me playing receiver catching balls from one of the best quarterbacks in the National Football League, I can’t ask for a better situation,” Moore said. “Even being able to build a relationship with someone like him, being able to catch the ball from him and trust and know where the ball is where it needs to be without me even asking, that’s a great feeling, a great opportunity. Not a lot of people get to say they have the opportunity I have. I’m thankful for it.”

Moore has combined for 2,094 yards, 127 catches and 18 touchdowns the past two seasons while catching passes from Drew Lock, one of the best quarterbacks in the college game.

Now, he’ll get to work with Rodgers, and if he develops a chemistry with the star quarterback in Green Bay, he could be in for a big rookie season.
