Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow’s impact on the NFL this season continues to grow. His latest accomplishment is historic.
The former LSU quarterback is being mentioned alongside all-time great quarterback Dan Marino, who is widely considered one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL after his career with the Miami Dolphins. Burrow has 3 touchdowns on Sunday as the Bengals are up big over the Detroit Lions late in the fourth quarter. He has thrown for 271 yards with about 2 minutes remaining, on 19-for-29 passing.
As the tweet below points out, FOX Sports analyst Daryl Johnston complimented former LSU receiver Ja’Marr Chase, who is a frequent target for Burrow.

So far this season, Burrow has shown no ill effects from the knee injury that ended his 2020 season prematurely. He was the No. 1 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
