Justin Jefferson had a breakout season for the LSU Tigers in 2019, setting a few school and SEC records.

Now, the talented receiver is a likely first-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, which begins with Round 1 on Thursday.

Recently, he signed a sponsorship deal with Under Armour, joining Ohio State DL Chase Young and Wisconsin RB Jonathan Taylor in signing with the brand. He discussed his decision to sign (via 247Sports):

“I am excited about working with them,” Jefferson said in an interview with Yahoo Sports. “Being introduced to their product during the time of me training, it really helped me see a different side of everything. I have been with Nike all my life. Just being introduced to another brand and being able to work with them and see a future with them, I am excited.

“With the guys they signed, I am excited to work with them and build that family.”

That’s quite the roster of stars signing with Under Armour. The NFL has a deal with Nike, though, so these guys will have to wear Nike on the field still.
