Kelby Collins could be heading to play football in the SEC. However, he’s still considering nearly half of the teams in the conference at this point, so there are a lot of possibilities for the future.
Collins, a 4-star defensive lineman out of Gardendale (Ala.) High School, announced his top 8 college choices on Thursday, and his list included 6 SEC schools: Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Texas A&M. He also named Texas, which will be joining the SEC in the future, and Clemson.
A member of the 2023 class, Collins still has plenty of time to decide on a school. But there’s a strong chance that he’ll be ending up at an SEC program. It just isn’t clear yet which one.
