Kentucky has been recruiting Dickinson since he entered the portal last month. He previously met with the Wildcats coaching staff over Zoom, according to reports.
According to a report from earlier this week, Dickinson’s decision could be contingent on Oscar Tshiebwe’s future. Tshiebwe has declared for the 2023 NBA Draft, but is maintaining his collegiate eligibility.
This past season, Dickinson scored 18.5 points per contest and grabbed a career-high 9 rebounds per game. A 7-footer, Dickinson is also a strong presence defensively. He averaged 1.8 blocks per game this season. Dickinson was a consensus All-American in 2021-22.
Kentucky also has the No. 1 rated recruiting class in the country for the 2023 cycle, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
