For the final time in 2021, Kentucky will be playing at Kroger Field on Saturday. And for some players on the Wildcats’ roster, this will be the final home game of their college careers.
Kentucky will be celebrating Senior Day this week during its matchup against New Mexico State. It should be an opportunity for the Wildcats to end their home slate with a win, considering the Aggies are 1-9 this season.
On Friday, Kentucky announced that it will be going with white helmets, blue jerseys and blue pants for the contest:

The Wildcats also dropped a hype video in anticipation of the senior players’ final game at Kroger Field:

Kentucky won its first 6 games of the season before enduring a 3-game losing streak in which it fell to Georgia, Mississippi State and Tennessee. However, the Wildcats got back on track last week with a 34-17 victory over Vanderbilt.
This will be only the second time that Kentucky and New Mexico State are going head-to-head. The Wildcats won the previous meeting, notching a 62-42 victory in Lexington on Sept. 17, 2016.
Kentucky and New Mexico State are set to kick off on Saturday at noon ET on SEC Network.
