Kentucky offensive coordinator Rich Scangarello gave an update on Wildcats’ quarterback Will Levis Tuesday afternoon.
Kentucky OC Rich Scangarello says QB Will Levis is still day to day, but he practiced today and is “trending in the right direction.”

Scangarello said Levis is day to day at the moment, but is making improvements.
Levis, who is a projected first-round draft pick by many, missed Saturday’s game against South Carolina with an injured foot. The Wildcats dropped their second game in a row to the Gamecocks with Levis out.
Kentucky is hoping to get its start quarterback back up to speed before a big game this weekend against Mississippi State. After this weekend’s game, the Wildcats will get a much needed bye week before taking on Tennessee in their final game of October.
Levis has thrown for 1,405 yards on the season while also picking up 12 touchdowns and throwing 4 interceptions.
