Texas has its “Hook Em” hand gesture, which many fans of other teams use to taunt the Longhorns by making it a “Horns Down” gesture.

Well, fans of teams that are playing Louisville like to use an “L’s Down” gesture to taunt the Cardinals.

On Saturday, after Kentucky beat the Cardinals 78-70 in overtime, big man Nick Richards went around the court throwing the “L’s Down” gesture several times toward Kentucky fans and Louisville fans alike:

Richards finished the game with 13 points and 10 rebounds, recording his fifth double-double of the season.

It also snapped a 2-game losing streak for the Wildcats, who will now enter their SEC opener on Jan. 4 against Mizzou on a high note.
