The comeback against Alabama just got significantly tougher for Arkansas, as the Razorbacks’ leading tackler Dre Greenlaw suffered an injury and will not return to the game.
ESPN sideline reporter Holly Rowe reported Greenlaw’s injury during the broadcast of the game and confirmed Greenlaw would not return. According to Rowe, Greenlaw claimed to hear a “pop” from his leg while attempting to make a play on the field. Greenlaw was spotted in a walking boot and returned from the locker room on crutches in the second quarter of the game.
Greenlaw was an All-SEC Freshman selection last season. The sophomore had 35 tackles heading into the Alabama game after recording 95 his freshman season.
