The Arkansas Razorbacks are gearing up to face Penn State on New Year’s Day in the Outback Bowl.
The Hogs will be without star WR Treylon Burks for the game, and the Nittany Lions will be down a few key defenders.
Another player was added to that list of Penn State defensive absences on Monday, as star DB Jaquan Brisker announced on Twitter he was opting out of the game:
