This key stat could play a factor in Ole Miss-Arkansas game

No. 22 Arkansas will take on No. 12 Ole Miss on Saturday night in Fayetteville, with both teams looking to avoid their third loss of the season.
The two offenses are starkly different in one key area — time of possession. While the Razorbacks are one of the best at holding on to the football, the Rebels are one of the worst:
Arkansas ranks 8th in FBS in average time of possession (34:52). Ole Miss ranks 123rd (24:35).

The caveat here is that Arkansas has to ensure that Ole Miss goes three-and-out more often than scoring quick touchdowns.
If the Rebels are able to drive down the field in two minutes and put points on the board, it won’t matter how much time the Razorbacks are able to hold on to the football.
Check out tonight’s game on ESPN at 6 p.m. Central time.
