Alabama remained at No. 1 after a 49-30 victory at No. 16 Arkansas, but Herbie moved Michigan up to No. 4 and dropped Washington out of his rankings following the Wolverines’ 78-0 dismantling of Rutgers.
Washington, to its credit, also blew out its opponent, defeating Oregon 70-21 on the road.
