Although Georgia looked like one of the most impressive SEC teams last weekend, Smart pointed out several areas in which his team needs to improve this week on Wednesday’s coaches teleconference.

Other aspects that Smart discussed on the teleconference included, striking blockers, offensive communication and the cornerback play on defense. North Carolina beat Georgia’s cornerbacks a couple of times throughout last weekend’s game, and Smart said they were lucky to have not given up an explosive play.
The Bulldogs will play Nicholls State in Athens on Saturday at noon.
