What Kirby Smart said after Georgia’s gut-wrenching loss to Georgia Tech
Anything can happen in rivalry games — especially between two in-state foes.
Down 27-14, Georgia Tech mounted a furious comeback — beating Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs by a score of 28-27.
It was a very difficult defeat for Georgia — as it controlled the game for much of the afternoon. Running back Sony Michel and Nick Chubb combined for 258 yards rushing in the defeat.
Smart spoke to the media after the contest:
