Kirk Herbstreit congratulates Georgia on Orange Bowl win over Michigan

Kirk Herbstreit congratulated the Georgia Bulldogs in his first tweet of 2022.
Herbstreit was on the ESPN with Chris Fowler for the Georgia-Michigan College Football Playoff semifinal matchup in the Orange Bowl.

Herbstreit had an excellent view of UGA’s statistical dominance over Michigan. UGA got out to a 27-3 lead in a dominant first half. The Bulldogs, who outgained the Wolverines 521-328 yards, only allowed a UM touchdown at the 4:25 mark of the fourth quarter of the 34-11 blowout.
Herbstreit will be on the call again for Georgia’s national championship rematch with No. 1 Alabama on Jan. 10 in Indianapolis.
