Kirk Herbstreit names LSU receiver as ‘breakout player to watch’ for 2022

LSU has received a lot of attention over recent years for obvious reasons, consistently producing NFL-level talent year in and year out.
One player who has received the wealth of the attention ahead of the 2022 season is wide receiver Kayshon Boutte, who is expected to be a first-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. But another player who should not be looked over is Tigers sophomore pass-catcher Jack Bech.
College football analyst Kirk Herbstreit recently named Bech as a breakout player to watch ahead of the season.
“Keep an eye on this guy,” Herbstreit said. “New system, new coach, Jack Bech’s (going to do well).”

Bech finished out the 2021 season with 43 receptions for 489 yards with three touchdowns and could take on a much-expanded role in 2022, as Herbstreit seems to expect.
