Part of ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit’s job is to make predictions during ESPN’s College GameDay. Each week, we’ll keep track of how the former Ohio State quarterback’s SEC prognostication is going for the 2015 season.

This week: 3-1
Season: 12-9

THE PICKS

Week 6 was kind to Herbstreit as he moved to three games over .500 on the season. His only blemish was Georgia’s collapse against Tennessee.

WIN: LSU over South Carolina — LSU used a powerful ground game to grind down the Gamecocks.

LOSS: Georgia over Tennessee — Georgia roared out to a 24-3 lead before Tennessee stormed back for a 38-31 win.

WIN: Alabama over Arkansas — It wasn’t a thing of beauty, but the Crimson Tide notched the victory.

WIN: Florida over Missouri — The Gators moved to 6-0 with a convincing win.
