There is a good chance that Laquon Treadwell is approaching his final game in an Ole Miss uniform.

According to NFL Network report Rand Getlin, there are multiple sources saying that the talented junior will forgo an opportunity at a senior season:

This shouldn’t come as any surprise to those that have watched Laquon Treadwell play, as it is clear that he’s an NFL talent. Perhaps even a first-round talent, pending his pre-draft evaluations.

If he does choose to leave after the Rebels play in the Sugar Bowl, it has to be considered a happy ending to what was a scary situation when Treadwell suffered a gruesome leg injury against Auburn in 2014.

He’s clearly made a full recovery, and is one of the three finalists for the Biletnikoff Award, which is given to college football’s top receiver.
