Good to see you again: LSU fans welcome back Les Miles at bowl game

When Les Miles strolled out onto the field in Houston Tuesday night prior to LSU’s bowl game with Texas Tech, the early-arriving Tigers fans showed him plenty of love.
“That’s our coach,” one fan yelled.
Many weren’t sure they were going to ever say that again after the last time they saw Miles. That was at the regular-season finale at home in Baton Rouge against Texas A&M. After the Tigers won, it looked like Miles was saying his goodbyes and taking a victory lap, figuring he would get fired.
But administrators had a change of heart and kept him around. Tuesday was the first time many had seen Miles since that night.
Les is here.

Of course, there’s always going to be a concern over how long Miles really will be the coach at LSU. As close as they came to firing him last year, everything something comes up, Miles’ job status is going to be questioned.
Like when Chip Kelly gets fired at Philadelphia.
Yep, it’s already started tonight.
