Like Kendrick Lamar’s halftime performance? Here’s what everyone is saying about it

Published:
For the first time ever, college football tried out a halftime show for the National Championship Game between Alabama and Georgia.
Kendrick Lamar performed on ESPN at the break — for a crowd outside Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
The reviews for Lamar’s performance, unsurprisingly, were mixed.
Some people enjoyed it. Others didn’t.
Here’s what Twitter had to say about the performance:
Kendrick Lamar keeps taking the mic away from his face and the raps just continue. Like he doesn’t even care about lip syncing right cause the beats are so good.

It sure appears that part of the price of a ticket to attend the #NationalChampionship game was the right to not have to endure Kendrick Lamar’s halftime show outside the stadium.

If you stayed at home and paid nothing, you get to watch Kendrick Lamar right now. If you paid $1400 to get into the national championship game, you get to watch two marching bands.

In just a few minutes Kendrick Lamar scored more than Alabama did in an entire half. #NationalChampionship
