Alabama fans invaded Nashville on Saturday and outnumbered Vanderbilt fans just before kickoff at Vanderbilt Stadium.
The teams last met in 2011, but Alabama hasn’t been to Vanderbilt since 2007.
It’s a meeting between two of the SEC’s best defenses. The Crimson Tide have yielded 13.3 through three games, which is tied for 16th nationally. Vanderbilt, meanwhile, is surrendering just 4.3 points per contest to lead the nation.
The stadium has a capacity at about 40,000 people.
