The countdown for Alabama’ s season opener against Duke is inside of a week, and Alabama students are getting into gear for their tickets.
Athletics Director Greg Byrne tweeted a picture of a group of students waiting in line, and camping out, to secure their tickets for the Aug. 31 game in Atlanta.
Since Alabama has made it a habit in recent years to play in Atlanta, and at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, this should be a home away from home setup for the Crimson Tide faithful.
With a revamped coaching staff and a No. 2 ranking in the country, there is plenty of reason for excitement for this Alabama season. The Crimson Tide are sitting as a 34.5 point favorite at most sportsbooks, according to Vegas Insider.
