Arkansas is keeping its mascot tradition in the family as the school has announced the next generation of “Razorback” mascot has been selected.

Tusk V, the son of the program’s current mascot Tusk IV, was born back in April in Dardanelle, Arkansas. Tusk V is a Russian boar scheduled to take the reins from his father for the 2019 football season, when his father is scheduled to retire from the role.

Tusk V weighs five pounds and eight ounces and is 11 inches long. His stripes will gradually disappear as he gets older.
