Alabama sophomore quarterback Tua Tagovailoa leads the highest scoring offense in the country, is at the top of the Heisman odds, and currently undefeated in the 2018 season.
You may be able to add his name to the Kentucky Derby race as well, as it was revealed earlier in the week that a horse in Kentucky is named “Tuaandtwentysix“, referencing the 2nd and 26 play in the National Championship Game when Tagovailoa connected with fellow freshman Devonta Smith on a 41-yard walk-off touchdown to win.
The Hawaiian quarterback caught wind of the horse named in his honor, sending a message on his Twitter account.

Tagovailoa may have expected all the fanfare with the phenomenal season he is having, but not many people can say they have a horse named after them.
It remains to be seen if Tuaandtwentysix makes a run to the Kentucky Derby, but if Tua Tagovailoa wins another national championship, that may not be the last barn animal to be named after him
