LSU and schools all across the country are currently looking at how they can get their teams better heading into the 2025 season. Most improvements are to the roster, as teams are battling it out with each other in the transfer portal.

However, bringing in the right staff can be as important as bringing in the right players, and coach Brian Kelly is making adjustments there as he is bringing in Jai Choudhary to be the associate director of player personnel.

That’s according to a report from 247Sports’ Matt Zenitz, who notes Choudhary most recently worked at Ole Miss:

Choudhary was with the Rebels for the last 3 seasons. He confirmed his departure with a social media post and thanked Lane Kiffin for the opportunity to be part of the program:

Before he was at Ole Miss, he also spent time at USC.

For Kelly, next season is pivotal for him to take the Tigers to another level. He has had great players such as Jayden Daniels, Malik Nabers and Brian Thomas Jr., but the team has yet to reach the College Football Playoff since he took over as head coach.

Bringing in the best players, coaches and staff could go a long way in helping him lead the Tigers to the playoffs.
