Matt Moscona, an LSU football insider, has provided more insight into the Tigers’ quarterback situation.

The quarterback situation the last few months at LSU has been an interesting battle.

With the loss of Garrett Nussmeier due to an injury recently and Myles Brennan walking away from the sport, Moscana says Jayden Daniels the only option “that makes sense.”

On WJOX 94.5’s radio show, “McElroy and Cubelic in the Morning,” Moscona highlighted how Jayden Daniels would be a strong candidate at QB1 for the Tigers.

“I think people are still processing the Myles Brennan news because he was the sentimental favorite,” Muscona said about the fans learning to be prepared for a new quarterback. “The Jayden Daniels conversation makes too much sense, they brought him here with this offense and what they want this offense to be.”

There is still time to see who will be leading the Tigers to victory this fall.

It likely could be Daniels taking the quarterback responsibilities. We shall see what happens come Sunday, Sept. 4, against Florida State.
