LSU’s radio call during a 4th quarter touchdown during Saturday’s game was electric.

With a narrow lead, Jayden Daniels found Malik Nabers in the corner of the endzone. It was a nearly perfect pass, and Nabers somehow came down with the ball in bounds to score. The radio crew was hype, calling the play “a Heisman throw and a Biletnikoff catch.”

Both players are making a strong case to take home those awards.

Daniels is having an outstanding season with 3,812 passing yards, 1,134 rushing yards and 50 total touchdowns. Daniels will almost certainly be in New York in a few weeks, and it won’t surprise anyone if he takes home the coveted trophy.

Nabers is also having a monster season with 1,546 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns. The wide receiver is just 22 yards shy of becoming LSU’s all-time leading receiver, and he’s already said that he plans on playing in the Tigers’ bowl game to get the record.
