LSU nose tackle Greg Gilmore and the Tigers’ other defensive linemen had an interesting training technique over the summer.
According to The Advocate‘s LSU beat reporter, Ross Dellenger, Gilmore and others pushed cars as part of their training.
“Put it in neutral and shove,” Gilmore apparently said.

LSU’s defensive line was stout last year, to say the least. The D-Line was part of a front seven that allowed just 117 rushing yards per game in 2016, which ranked No. 2 in the SEC behind Alabama.
The Tigers’ defensive line also helped LSU rank third in the SEC with 36 sacks.
We’ll see if these guys can move SEC offensive linemen as well as they move cars.
