His pregame interviews? That falls more off the tree of San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich.
ESPN’s Heather Cox was tasked with doing the dreaded pregame interview with the coach before the big game and Dantonio more or less blew her off, giving more than the usual non-answers and cliches.

It is safe to say Dantonio followed his own advice. He was ready to go and he did not flinch in the face of those hard-hitting questions.
