Video: Heisman Trophy candidate Mason Rudolph’s training involves inflatable water blob and a jet ski

For millions of college kids across the country, the summer is a time for travel, relaxation and hobbies. Those who are pursuing success on the gridiron, however, use these months to hone their craft.

Oklahoma State quarterback Mason Rudolph completed 63.4 percent of his passes for 4,091 yards with 28 touchdowns and just four interceptions in 2016, and he has been named as a potential darkhorse Heisman candidate. Rudolph is working hard and playing hard this summer, and he’s incorporated a few new exercises into his training regimen.

It’s not clear how many takes it took before they got it down, but that’s not a series of events with a low level of difficulty. If Rudolph’s receivers happen to come into possession of some jet skis this season, it’s game over for opposing defenses.
