Alabama adds former Michigan State standout Max Bullough to program’s coaching staff

Nick Saban has added to his army of support staff coaches as former Michigan State standout defender Max Bullough has joined the Alabama coaching staff.

Bullough worked on Cincinnati’s coaching staff last year.  During his time at Michigan State, Bullough played for Mark Dantonio, who is a protege of Nick Saban, and registered 299 career tackles, 31 tackles for loss, eight sacks, three interceptions and three forced fumbles.

He then went on to play for the Houston Texans for three years before starting his coaching career. Bullough appeared in 30 total games for the Texans in his three seasons with the team.

Bullough’s official title with the team is listed as a defensive graduate assistant at the University of Alabama according to his Twitter account.
