Bengals QB AJ McCarron is heading into halftime against San Francisco with a huge 21-0 lead.
If McCarron wins tonight in his first NFL start, he will become the first former Alabama quarterback to get a win in the league since Jeff Rutledge won with the Giants in 1987.
So far, McCarron is 8 of 12 for 102 yards and a single touchdown.
And on Twitter, confidence in the young quarterback is growing.

So, McCarron can throw a nice deep ball, huh?
