Mel Kiper Jr. is a legend in the NFL Draft scouting space. The ESPN analyst has been at it for decades and has seen it all.
As we inch closer to the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay next month, rankings and draft boards are shifting.
On Monday, Kiper released his latest top-25 big board, and an impressive 11 SEC football prospects made the cut. Georgia placed 3 players in the top 25, with Texas also putting a pair of guys on Kiper’s list.
Here’s a look at all of the SEC guys who made the cut for Kiper’s big board:
- No. 8 — Jalon Walker, LB, Georgia
- No. 9 — Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama
- No. 11 — Armand Membou, OL, Mizzou
- No. 13 — Will Campbell, OL, LSU
- No. 16 — Mykel Williams, OLB, Georgia
- No. 17 — Shemar Stewart, DE, Texas A&M
- No. 18 — Jaxson Dart, QB, Ole Miss
- No. 20 — Malaki Starks, S, Georgia
- No. 21 — Nick Emmanwori, S, South Carolina
- No. 23 — Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas
- No. 25 — Matthew Golden, WR, Texas
Things can still change, of course, ahead of next month’s draft. There are still Pro Days to be held across the country. But this gives a pretty good view of where things stand after the NFL Combine.
