Micah Pettus, standout Ole Miss OL, announces plans for future with Rebels

Micah Pettus is running it back for one more season in Oxford.
The star offensive lineman joins Quinshon Judkins, Jordan Watkins and Tre Harris in announcing their return to Ole Miss next season. With Caden Prieskorn and potentially QB Jaxson Dart returning, hopes are high that the 2024 Rebels offense can really do some damage in the SEC.
Always underappreciated is the work linemen do in the trenches. Pettus is one of the best in the SEC in that regard. The veteran OL landed on all sorts of preseason award lists for this past season, including the Outland Trophy watchlist and 2nd team All-SEC by Phil Steele.
Pettus suffered an injury just before the Rebels’ matchup against then-No. 1 Georgia, but started all 9 games for the Rebes up to that point.
