Michael Pratt, Tulane’s star QB, injured his knee late in the game against South Alabama in Week 1. Now, the QB will be a game-time decision as the Green Wave prepare to take on the Ole Miss Rebels, per ESPN’s Pete Thamel.

Pratt played a near-perfect game in Week 1, completing 14/15 passes for 294 yards and 4 TDs. The Green Wave would go on to win 37-17.

If Pratt can’t go against the Rebels, the team would likely turn to redshirt sophomore Kai Horton. Horton does have some experience, coming off the bench last season against Houston and leading the team to a 27-24 overtime win.

In 2022, Pratt completed 63.6% of his passes for 3,009 yards with 27 TDs and just 5 INTs. The veteran QB would be a significant loss for the Green Wave as they prepare for a top-25 matchup with the Rebels.

Ole Miss and Tulane will kick off on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. Eastern.
