Mike Bianco, Ole Miss baseball coach, picks up national award as part of a great 2022

To say it was a great year for Ole Miss baseball coach Mike Bianco would be an understatement.
In addition to leading the Rebels to a College World Series title in June, Bianco also led the United States Collegiate National Team to the bronze medal at Honkbalweek Haarlem in the Netherlands in July.
As a result of his efforts this year, Bianco has been named the College Coach of the Year by USA Baseball.

The Rebels were just 42-23 during the regular season before catching fire in the postseason.
They won the Coral Gables Regional and the Hattiesburg Super Regional before ultimately beating Oklahoma to secure a national championship.
