Mississippi State is in Charlotte prepping for the Belk Bowl against NC State. Like every bowl game, there are fun activities for the players to make the bowl experience unique.
When teams visit Charlotte they get to experience the Richard Petty Driving Experience and take a few laps in a stock car. Weather prevented the players from getting into actual stock cars, forcing them into high-performance street cars instead, but that did not damper spirits.
Everyone still got their Ricky Bobby on:

That video above is going 110 miles per hour. Pretty nice for a street-legal car.
This is one of the fun events and experiences teams get when they go to bowl games. It is too bad the weather did not cooperate so they could climb into an actual stock car and race around the track.
