Mississippi State had sad news to share Sunday morning. The school’s Twitter account announced the passing of the bulldog Champ, who served as mascot Bully XX.

Champ was Bully XX from 2009-2015, retiring at the spring game in his final year and officially passing on the harness to his son, Jak.
