Mississippi State receiver De’Runnya Wilson suffers apparent neck injury
Mississippi State wide receiver De’Runnya Wilson suffered a possible neck injury in the fourth quarter of Saturday’s game with Alabama.
Wilson lay on the ground for several minutes before being helped to his feet and placed on a cart. He eventually walked off the field. He did not return to the game.

Wilson was injured while making a tackle on Alabama’s Marlon Humphrey along the sideline midway through the fourth quarter. Humphrey was returning an interception.
Further information on Wilson’s injury was not immediately available, but Mississippi State head coach Dan Mullen said he didn’t think it was serious.
