Mississippi State football has released a thrilling hype video that is sure to get State fans’ blood pumping.
The video is captioned “Chapter 1: Pack your lunch box and hard hat.”

The montage begins with head coach Zach Arnett declaring that the 2023 Bulldogs will be “tough, hard-nosed, and disciplined.” Then, the video cuts to college football analyst Josh Pate classifying the Bulldogs as “the most underrated team.”
Pate mentioned the return of Will Rogers and 20 of the team’s 22 starters being seniors as reasons to believe in the Bulldogs.
The video then cuts to an interview with Will Rogers who mentions that Arnett has a certain swagger that has been “brought over to the whole team now.”
The hype video ends with Arnett delivering a quotable line to the media.
“When you line up against Mississippi State, you better pack your lunch box and hard hat because it’s gonna be a physical game.”
The Bulldogs will open the season at home on Saturday against the Southeastern Louisiana Lions.
