After spending 4 seasons at Missouri, Jatorian Hansford will be leaving to finish his college career.

Hansford entered the NCAA transfer portal on Thursday, according to Rivals.com, bringing his time with the Tigers to an end. He appeared in 20 games over the past 4 seasons, collecting 27 tackles and 1 sack.

Although Hansford didn’t make a huge impact, Mizzou will still be losing some depth on defense, especially because he is capable of playing on both the defensive line and at linebacker. Plus, he has a good bit of experience, so there could be some schools interested in now bringing him in.

Hansford was a member of Missouri’s 2018 recruiting class. He was a 3-star recruit out of Mary Persons High School in Forsyth, Ga.

A 6-foot-4, 258-pound defender, Hansford collected his 1st career sack in Missouri’s overtime victory over Florida on Nov. 20. He’ll now look to carry over the momentum from his strong finish to 2021 to next season, wherever he’ll be playing.
