Missouri held steady at No. 22 in the newest Coaches Poll and moved up four spots to No. 20 in the newest Associated Press Top 25, both released Sunday.

The Tigers on Saturday picked up a nice road win against Toledo, one of the MAC favorites this season. South Carolina fell behind Missouri in both polls and Florida remains unranked, meaning Missouri is ranked behind only Georgia in the SEC East. Overall, there are six SEC teams ranked ahead of Missouri.

Missouri (2-0) has been ranked in the Top 25 for 14 consecutive polls, entering at No. 25 on Oct. 6, 2013.

Maty Mauk’s sixth college start also may have been his best despite two interceptions, as he threw five touchdown passes and rushed for another score. Mauk and the offense hung 49 points against the Rockets, while the defense slowed Toledo’s spread offense for a good portion of the game.

The Tigers play at home in three of the next four games, including against UCF on Saturday. Missouri will be the last conference team to open SEC play (Sept. 27 at South Carolina).
