Missouri landed a commitment from wide receiver Dominic Gicinto on Sunday.
Gicinto is a class of 2018 prospect out of Kansas City, Mo. (Raytown Senior High School).
Listed at 5-foot-10 and 175 pounds, Gicinto is a shifty pass-catching threat. He has proven to be a reliable deep threat in high school action, as well.
The Missouri native had over 1,300 receiving yards this season, to go along with 11 touchdown catches, according to the 247Sports Composite.
Gicinto’s impressive highlight video can be seen here.
“I have always been a fan (of Mizzou) and I can’t think of anywhere else I would rather be,” Gicinto posted on Twitter.
He’s apparently looking forward to furthering both his football career — and his academic career — in Columbia:
Thank you for having me down this weekend 🐯 I was blessed to receive an offer from the university of Missouri 🙏🏾 and i will be furthering my academic and football career at the university of Missouri #showme18 ✅ pic.twitter.com/boxnRDIAZ7
