Mizzou tutor speaks out over alleged cheating scandal involving football team
Over the past year and half, there’s been plenty of of controversy and change percolating from the Missouri football program.
The latest bit of news involves an alleged cheating scandal. A former athletics tutor named Yolanda Kumar admitted to completing entire courses for athletes. She also allegedly took entrance exams and online tests for the players.
There’s been plenty of backlash on both sides of the issue. Taking to Twitter, Kumar made this statement:
There's NO riches to be made here, but laying down that burden has alleviated a ton of stress. #sweetfreedom

There’s no word on what ultimately will transpire in this situation. Kumar also admits that a major network producer came to Columbia — presumably to gain background for a potential story/interview.
Kumar: Major network producer flew to Columbia last week & saw her "wealth of documentation". She's not being paid for interview.
