Madden NFL 22 rookie ratings revealed

The debut Madden NFL ratings for the 2021 NFL Draft class are in and it’s no surprise to see so many former SEC players rated near the very top of the list when it comes to the highest-rated rookies in the game.

Kyle Pitts leads the way with an impressive 81 overall ranking, which is three spots higher than No. 1 overall pick Trevor Lawrence.

The new Madden is set to be released on August 20.

Here is a look at some of the top rookie ratings in the game:

  • Trevor Lawrence, QB, Jaguars: 78 overall
  • Jaylen Waddle, WR, Dolphins: 76 overall
  • Patrick Surtain II, CB, Broncos: 76 overall
  • Najee Harris, HB, Steelers: 76 overall
  • Ja’Marr Chase, WR, Bengals: 75 overall
  • Devonta Smith, WR, Eagles: 75 overall
  • Trey Lance, QB, 49ers: 74 overall
  • Justin Fields, QB, Bears: 74 overall
  • Jaycee Horn, CB, Panthers: 74 overall
  • Mac Jones, QB, Patriots: 71 overall
  • Eric Stokes, CB, Packers: 71 overall
  • Alex Leatherwood, OT, Raiders: 70 overall
