The 2016 NFL Draft has come and gone, and for the 10th consecutive year, the SEC had more players selected in the draft then any other conference with 51 selections.
The only NFL team that has yet to draft or sign an undrafted rookie from the SEC is the Baltimore Ravens, the rest of the 31 NFL teams added at least one SEC player. Could it be that the Ravens suffer from a SEC bias? If Ozzie Newsome wasn’t an Alabama grad, that might seem believable.
The New England Patriots added the most players from the SEC with nine additions, while the NFC South division added the most overall selections from one division with 24 additions.
