Nick Saban reportedly involved in car accident in Birmingham area

Nick Saban was involved in a car accident near Birmingham, Alabama, Friday afternoon, according to AL.com.
An Alabama spokesperson told AL.com there were no injuries involved in the accident, and it was described as “minor.” The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office didn’t even have a record of the accident. Saban nor any other drivers filed a report.
Saban’s son is getting married this weekend in Birmingham.
The accident happened prior to the start of the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft. During Friday night’s first round, Alabama saw 2 former players get picked. Evan Neal was picked by the New York Giants at No. 7 overall, and Jameson Williams was picked No. 12 overall to the Detroit Lions.
