Nick Saban is not afraid to step into the virtual reality world, and to honor him on Father’s Day, his daughter, Kristen Saban Setas shared a video of him to Instagram.

“Since this deserves a permanent place on the grid, Happy Father’s Day to the GOAT and his mean right hook ??❤️ (pls don’t kill me for this, Dad. Love ya!),” she wrote in the caption.

In the video, which appeared to have been recorded during the Christmas holiday season, Saban is getting after it with several punches, and as his daughter points out, a “mean right hook.”

Saban has won 6 national titles in 16 seasons at Alabama, and now enters a season in which he’s trying to place Bryce Young at quarterback from a group that includes Jalen Milroe, Ty Simpson and Notre Dame transfer Tyler Buchner.

Saban replaced both coordinators this offseason, and hired Kevin Steele on defense and Tommy Rees on offense to try and return Alabama to the top of college football after Georgia’s won the last 2 national championships.

Saban is often praised for his ability to adapt to changing trends in college football, most notably opening up his offense when Lane Kiffin was his offensive coordinator. And, thanks to this video, putting on a VR headset is the latest example.
