No TD to be found: New season, same poor results for Florida’s offense under Jim McElwain
To put it kindly, the Florida offense has been inconsistent as of late when it comes to scoring touchdowns.
The Gator offense could only post three points against Michigan Saturday en route to a 33-17 loss. Florida’s defense managed to score 14 points, putting the struggles in perspective.
Saturday hasn’t been the only occasion under McElwain where the Gators offense has failed to execute. In several recent games, the unit has failed to show any semblance of progress. Sure, teams go through their rough patches, but the Gators offense has been abysmal in a couple of recent appearances.
#Gators have not scored an offensive touchdown during three of their past seven games. (Arky, FSU, Michigan)

Florida State and Michigan are loaded on defense, but there is no reason the Gators shouldn’t have scored on Arkansas. The Razorbacks had one of the worst defenses in the conference last season.
Northern Colorado travels to Gainesville next week to take on the Gators Saturday night at 7:30 ET on the SEC Network. Surely, the Gators will manage to find the end zone versus the Bears.
